Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The following categories are eligible:

Note: Personalized or custom-made items, as well as products marked as final sale, are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
